While the Philadelphia Phillies sit 3.5 games up on second place Florida, and have won 3 straight, MVP candidate Chase Utley has once again caught fire along with Jimmy Rollins and Ryan Howard. With a 38-26 record and a .594 win percentage, the Phillies have the second best record in the NL and trail the Cubs by 1.5 games for the top spot. Only Anaheim and Boston have better records in the AL.
Our guy Chase Utley has been red hot once again, after starting on fire, cooling down a bit, now catching fire once again. Up to this point, here are Chase’s numbers:
